Hi there, something odd happened. I've been off the "checking reports" for quite sometime, why? boring, low earnings, been busy, etc. Anyway my balance has been the same for several days (not hours). I've checked from mobile devices and desktop computer: the same (it's been a week). I know this has happened to several Adsense users before but at this time never found a report of being frozen "for a week or more".
My account status is clean, no blocking, no banning, etc.
I received my last payment perfectly.
Checked the daily earnings and yes, there are earnings, in fact the report sums up the amounts, the total is higher than the balance shown in the account. I mean, there is no place on the reports showing the right total, but adding up the daily earnings does shows the right amount. It's like the report tool is ignoring the totals from X date ago (a week or more).
Contact adsense? yes I sent the info last night, but you know how it works: we are talking to machines and it can take time, there is nobody to talk to actually so I decided to share and ask if some of you experienced this before. Any advice will be appreciated.
