I am jsut curious what people are making off this thing? Also, what is your effective CPM and CTR? and how many hits per day do you think?

Hi DB,

You wouldn't get any clear answer to this questions since according to TOS teling such information is not permitted.

I suggest you to read TOS and apply those rules to yourself.

You'll find endless threads on this topic in this forum, but the bottom line is:

1) Most people aren't saying (either because they don't want to or because it's a violation of Google's AdSense TOS), and...

2) Earnings vary from a few dollars to many thousands of dollars a month, depending on the topic, traffic, and any number of other factors.

The only way to find out how well AdSense might work for you is to apply, be accepted, and test AdSense on your site. (Fortunately, Google doesn't require a long-term commitment, so if you don't like the results, you can pull the AdSense code from your pages.)

According to AdSense FAQ's,
you will earn the same or more than with similar contextual advertising.
I can't tell you more, as it will be against the TOS of AdSense.
Just try it.

Section 26, Paragraph 5 - "That information is available on a need-to-know basis only."

I'm sure you understand.

Hi gamiziuk,
I am not sure in which TOS you mean? The Google ones or the WW ones?

P.S.:I am interested to know, why are you so rude to me? Have I made something wrong when answering the question?

I'm not sure knowing what others earn etc. is going to help! There is another current thread here that discusses two similar sites by two freinds who have differing returns, despite the sites being very similar.

The only way to find out is to sign up and try it. As EFV says, it's not a lifetime commitment - if you don't find it's worthwhile doing then just remove the adsense code from your pages.

Once you have signed up, there is plenty of help and advice on how to maximise earnings here. You need to try it for a while before making any decisions.

It is a question that gets asked a lot. Most people here are quite tired of hearing it. The TOS the speak of is google's. The answere is always it depends. Affiliate advertising is the best if you know how to do it right. Adsense is very easy and mindless and can pay quite well. Adsense is good when you have a subject that just does not do well with affiliate stuff. I have seen anywhere from $0.01 a click to $9 a click. Adsense is all over the place. There are many people here that make over $10K a month. Even if you had access to everyones adsense account here you would have no idea what your site will do. It is free to sign up and very easy to do. You have nothing to lose.

Sorry, it was not my intention to be rude. Please review James Bond movie "The Living Daylights."
