Ads seem to want to be downloaded from site?

Hi guys,

My Adsense seems to be playing up - every so many loads, my ads are popping up with a download box showing this:

What do you want to do with ad575566.htm from googleads.g.doubleclick.net?

Is anyone else seeing this or does anyone know what the problem could be?

I think I would use the "Report this Ad" option. I would want to block that site.
