Some Ads No Showing

Hello,

I have sort of an odd situation. All of the ads on my pages seem to be showing up fine with exception to new posts I have published over the past few weeks.

About a month ago I published a new blog post and only the one sidebar is showing (the two ads within the article are not being displayed). I have posted two new articles since and the same thing is occurring.

I've looked at all my previous articles and all three ads are showing up fine.

I haven't made any changes to settings or plugins in awhile, so not sure why this is all of a sudden happening.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Brian

Hi Brian and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Sometimes this happens. Possible reasons may be...

• The missing ads may be specific to one browser and not another, so try a couple browsers and see if the missing ads reappear.

• The missing ads may be due to a lack of advertisers.

• The missing ads may be due to bid baselines not being met.

Often times the ads will reappear in a day of two.

Yeah, unfortunately I've been eliminate to eliminate all those solutions.

It must be an issue on the Wordpress end. Because it's only on new posts.

And I noticed that any time I update a post it does the same. All the ads will be working on an older page, and if I change just a sentence and click update, the side ad and bottom ad disappear.

Unfortunately, I can't figure out what possibly could have screwed it up on the WP end :-(

I appreciate the suggestions, though.

Check the HEAD section of these new pages. Look for any code that may be different from the older pages, specifically anything that may be blocking ads or robots.

I checked that too. The code on the new pages that only show one ad isn't any different from the code on the old pages that show all three ads.

Very strange.
