Hi All.

I joined Google Doubleclick for publishers a while ago. When I tried to login today I got this message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. (Reference Id: c1cc9500-32be-4167-89d3-830090a7a248)"

I have the right login and password. I noticed in their own DFP forum that a number of people got the same message and it's been weeks with no response from Google.

So is Google DFP a dead product that's not being supported anymore?

I looked for phone numbers for them, but of course there are none.

Any thoughts?

DFP definitely isn't a dead product and it up and running for me.
Could be worth trying from another browser or incognito session. I've noticed before that sometimes an error gets cached/cookied. If it works from incognito then clearing cookies and cache in your main browser would likely solve it. Good luck
