So, we have a definition of Active View Viewable [support.google.com].

If I have a single ad on the top of the page and I enter with the Adblock Active, my adsense Active View Viewable will show nothing or 0%?

The question is if the adblocker is interfering with Active View Viewable stats or the visitor with ad blocker will not even be counted (it will be ignored by the adserver) (it does not exist for the adserver)?

My puzzle is that I have 2 ads in fold and one below the fold and my Active View Viewable report shows only 50%!

This one.

Are they in or above the fold for most of your users? They need to be visible for at least 50% to be counted as "viewable".

On the top of the page, no way it cannot be seen on load.

If its right at the top then people can still scroll down before it appears, so being at the top doesnt mean that it is 100% viewable
