Adsense URL Channels Info Not Matching Site Total

I've set up Adsense URL channels to keep track of all ads that appear within pages of directories (no ads load on front page). As best as I can tell this set up should track all ads on my site and thus URL channel information should equal site total information. But when I compare total URL Channel information to the site total there is a significant discrepancy (over 30% difference). Any ideas on why?

Channel data is delayed two days (presumably to reduce the opportunity for fine tuning).

Thanks but I believe I compared that. For instance, my channel information seems current through 1/9/05 so I compared 1/9 channels info to 1/9 totals and these do not match.

If any of your channels are URL channels, be aware that "example.com" and "www.example.com" are different URLs. I had discrepancies and tracked it down to that.
