Goodday, a friend of mine got banned from adsense network some few months ago.. so he decided to quite blogging since he cant apply again for adsense.
so i was thinking of importing the banned blog content to my adsense enabled site...
my fear and question is that will or can adsense ban me for importing a banned blog content to an adsense enabled blog...

Note: The adsense was banned due to invalid clicks and not violating content

How much is your AdSense account worth to you? It's all about how much risk you're willing to take. Could Google consider that a new site incorporating the exact same content from your banned "friend" might be an end run around an account ban? Sure they could.

Yeah I would not do that. Why take the risk.

That content had best be gold! After all it turned to lead for the other guy.

However, if it were the UGC that got the blog in trouble you might be able to revamp the content (and prevent UGC against it) if the content is that vital/useful.

I'd use it but only after due diligence and careful thought.

Adsense bans users and domains for click fraud, not their content. Provided the content does not breach GA guidelines and isn't directly tied to the banned user/website, it should be fine. To be safe you either need to rework the content or obtain an assurance from Google. Tell them you've purchased the content, rather than obtaining it from a friend.

Doesn't work like that.

Even if you get a g rep on the phone you won't get an answer to this specific question as they don't reveal why (in most cases) except in general terms, a publisher is banned from adsense.

Content is one thing, ad abuse or click fraud is something else. The content might be perfectly safe ... but do you want to try it?
