How To Avoid Ad Networks With Malware

I have been looking around at different ad networks. Is there a good source for which ad networks have malware? Some type of rating agency would be a useful thing.

Malware sneaks in all ad services, none are immune at the moment. If we could see the bad guys coming and stop them then this question would never be asked.

I don't know of any rating agency for this.
