160x600 adsense ad giving error earnings dropped today!

Hi I visited my site and found that whenever I open the site, the 160x600 region is showing the following error message:

Error: Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

I checked google adsense account for any notifications but none showed up.

Can anyone please assist me why this message is showing up and how to fix it? Thanks!

I guess it was a transient error..

But interesting because my ad serving errors are across all my placements but they are 3 to 1 more problems serving the 160x600.
