Hi,
what would it be the best way to compare Google Adexchange eCPM to Adsense RPMs of an ad unit? Should i choose in Adsense: Performance Reports -> Common Reports -> Ad Units , and then look at the IMPRESIONS RPM for that ad unit in the overview group of metrics? Or should i choose any other group of metrics as clicks or views.

Adexchange is a CPM network and Adexchange is CPC. I know "Overview" group of metrics is the result of all types of bids combined, and at the end is the real revenue you get for that Ad Unit, so I guess that IMPRESIONS RPM in Overview is the equivalent of the Ad eCPM in Adexchange.

Could anybody confirm?
Thanks and regards.

Traffic both as line items through DFP at the same priority level. Ensure that all targeting and inventory is the same (or limit to a small section). DFP will effectively flip a coin to determine which is shown, which gives a good mix of traffic. Compare earnings/code served for each. Check that results have statistical significance.

The above is the easiest way to ensure that you are doing an apples/apples comparison

Connect Adsense and AdExchange accounts to your Google Analytics to be able to compare similar metrics.
