What is the ideal balance

Does it affect the quality of ads served to you. A huge % of our traffic is from mobile users and our mobile layout is such that the mobile ad spills below the fold. Our active view is in the 55 - 65% range.
Anyone experimented with the view and earnings?

For me it goes as far as this - the lower my active view, the higher the RPM. But here correlation is not causation, still trying to figure out what works best.
Morpheus, make sure to exclude Link Units from your active view calculations, since Google is still misreporting them.
