I am also an AdWords advertiser and so what I am trying to do is figure out which AdWords keywords are paying off for me. It was worth paying for a click when that person signs up on my site, or when they click through an affiliate program link, or when they click on an AdSense ad. The first two I can track. I am having trouble trying to figure out which visitors are exiting my site by way of a paid ad, though. Ideally I would also know how much I earned on each outgoing click. That would allow me to calculate how much I earn on each paid incoming click and determine whether I earn enough on that source of clicks to justify what I am paying.
I don't mind writing some perl to parse my logs, or stick some javascript somewhere, or whatever. I also don't mind if I have to grab this data from google's site somewhere, or even have google relate the AdWords data to the AdSense data somehow. I don't even care if it is 100% accurate as long as it is a good enough "rough guess" for me to make my decision about how much to pay for each AdWords keyword.

Give it a try, I found it really usefull.
I would like to recommend that application to Westhost, except I can't find the name of it. Can someone please refresh my memory?
And of course, if you're a Westhost client it would be good if you posted your opinions about new applications in their forum, also.
