I got about 100000 views in a week but my rpm is really low, what should I do to increase it? Here's a screenshot of adsense of my account [imgur.com...]

Looks like a brand new site since last 28 days earnings are the same as vs previous 28 days, interestingly the rpm is precisely the same as mine today, completely and utterly fubard!

Where is most of your traffic coming from? US traffic has much higher RPM than say, traffic from India.
It also depends on your content: Is your site about 18th century Persian poetry or is it about car parts for high end vehicles? Of course, not all ads are contextual, but traffic to the former is going to be different from traffic to the latter.

Well actually no you didn't - from the screen shot you have simply finally acquired a "site lifetime" of those many views.
It is entirely possible those 100,000 views were accumulated over ten years.
Another meaningless Google AdSense figure thrown around by an equally stupid La-Dee-Dah algorithm which infests our reports.
I'm sure the AdSense programmers, like Amazon programmers - don't actually live in the real world of "Users", i.e. Publishers.

@futunet most of traffic is from US and canada and the website is about online comics, Still get about 90000 'views per week according to goolge analytics but my rpm is like really low.

Some sites like this are "read it and streak" to the next website. Meaning the user does not stick around to see what else there might be on the site.

Hmm yeah average session is about 4-5 mins and average page views per user is 9 somet

With that topic you're not making money on clicks, just impressions. So ramp up the traffic (to the million or more unique visitors mark).
