Anybody else get a lot of PSA's today and yesterday?

Unusual condition for my sites

Yesterday and today I got a large amount of PSA's. For a long time before yesterday I was consistently getting highly targeted ads.

The PSA's were intermittent but frequent. I'm still seeing them every 1 out of 3 times or sometimes 1 out of 2.

Just hoping that it's a Google server thing and not a depletion of ad inventory.

But that thread says that the new rule doesn't take effect until Jan 12.
