Wire transfer initiated by G on friday - will mostly see the money today in my bank account. I am from India and wire transfer happens from G Singapore. It usually takes 3-4 days for money to arrive in my bank account. How fast is it in other countries?

Depends on your bank. I used to get them in one day from my previous bank, but since I moved to a credit union, it takes 2-3 days to get through. (US)

Yes, you are right. Got the money on Tuesday evening. My bank told me, the wire transfer gets routed to USA from Singapore and then to India - because they don't have any branch/correspondent bank in Singapore. Anyway, it's much faster than the cheque
