Hi I about a week ago upgraded my server to a faster cpu with more Ram etc
In a week earnings have gone up by 15-20% and traffic by 35% although the increase has been primarily in mobile traffic.
Anyone else who came across same observation?

If a lack of processing power was significantly slowing down your website, and you fixed that by getting a better server, it only makes sense that your users now have a better experience, possibly generating more pageviews and increasing your revenue. Mobile traffic is especially sensitive to high load times (high latency), and if your website was particularly slow for those users, they may not even have waited long enough for your ads or analytics to load.
However, that's an increase you would expect from the get-go, as soon as you put the new server into action. If it took about a week for traffic to grow by 23%, then you may have to chalk that up as coincidence. Alternatively, it is possible that any automatic Google penalty for slow loading pages is lifted relatively quickly once they notice your response times have improved, but I don't have any data or experience to support that.
Good for you, anyway :-)

Yes the change was in the next day itself. Let's wait and watch however :)

I'm planning on moving to another server with more speed and grunt in August, so I'll be interested to see if this works. I don't get a lot of mobile traffic though so if there are improvements they're likely to be minimal.
