If you are allowing "warez" and dowloading of "copyright works", then officially Google adsense is not allowed..
I still see adsense occasionally on some sites like the two you mention, ( in some cases adsense has been running on them for years ) but not on those particular two..
Seems to depend on your traffic numbers, and whether G think they will have a problem..some adsense may also be served on those type of sites by third party ad networks..
Then there are also Google's "premium partners"..sites who ( due to their very high traffic figures ) can do things that other adsense publishers are not allowd to do, such as have "adult content" etc or "deceptive ad placements" etc..

thank you "leosghost" for your explanation
can you give me some examples?
for example <snip> has more than 800 millions visitor monthly does Google allow adsense on such this websites?

if we mention on main page that we don't allow copyrighted content is it enough for google?

He explained it clearly enough the first time, anton333.

You cannot run Adsense on warez sites. It's doubtful you'd be approved for a filehosting site too, since having original content is a prerequisite of Adsense.

If you have a pre-existing Adsense account and you load ads onto those sites, you may get away with it for a while. But once they catch you - and they will - then you'll be booted.

And <snip> is a porn site, you can't run Adsense there either. Porn sites have their own ad networks.
