One of Google's policies indicates that two AdSense for content ads may not appear on a mobile page at same time. Does that mean it's a violation if while scrolling the bottom of one is visible while the top of the next one comes into view? Thanks.

I'd ask support to be sure, but I for one wouldn't consider it a good user experience if you could see any part of one ad while another is starting to load on a mobile screen. (Unless you're using the mobile anchor) I'd put some more space between them.

Hmm. I haven't seen such verbiage. Can you provide a link? And I wonder if "mobile" includes tablets in this case. I see multiple ads on tablets quite often.
