Hi there everyone. Sorry if this topic has already been covered, but I did not immediately see it.
In 2007, I was using Adsense on my personal webpage and a couple of Youtube videos. My account ended up disabled for invalid click activity. I vented about this on a forum I was on, and one of the guys there admitted to having clicked the banner on my page 100 times, thinking that I would make money from it. Before he did this, my balance was a little over $17, and I had never even gotten a payout from them since none of my stuff had much traffic.
Here I am, EIGHT years later, and I still cannot get Adsense to reinstate my account. I have appealed numerous times, and each time I get a "your appeal has been denied" auto-reply. I mean COME ON, it was eight years ago, it was one instance of one guy clicking 100 times, and I never even got paid any money from my account. A bankruptcy would have fallen off of my record by now! Does this mean I am just stuck for eternity, and will never be able to use Adsense?
How do I go about disputing this in a way that a person (not a computer) will see my appeal and use common sense to approve my appeal and reinstate me? Is there a way to contact some type of customer service department where people read and reply to your concerns?
