Sorry to bust into the AdSense threads, but I know some of the people around here also run Media.net.

I have not been able to log into the publisher interface for three days now. My manager has no answers and has not returned my last email.

Anybody else not able to log in?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I've been logging in just fine. Just some suggestions from my own experience with stuff like this. If you have an adblocker in your browser, you may need to turn it off. Then empty your cache and try again. If you use Firefox, try it in a new private window, too.

I'm logging in just fine too. Although they haven't updated with yesterday's numbers. What happens when you try to log in?

OK, I just got in, but here's the thing. Whenever I went to the login page, I would input my username and pass, and get a message that the publisher interface was unavailable and to try again at a later time.

So, I just had a flash. I went back into my history (and, emptied my cache, though I am not using an adblocker). Lo and behold, I got right to the account information page, on which I had never been able to input my info.

Now, it was allowing me and I did and checked my reports - up to date.

The weird thing is I never log out of media net, I just close the browser tab, so maybe the fact that it was open during some internal adjustment was causing problems. I'll find out now. I am going to log out and see if I can log in again.

Thanks for the response. You are the best.

Updating: Logged out, logged back in. No issues. Thanks for your help.

BTW: beyond Adsense, I also run Index Exchange and Conversant ads, Media.net is already my third-best performer. AS - Conv - Media - Index.

And I don't have it on as many pages as any of the others, but am working on it. Rebuilding my site (again).

Plenty of sites simply don't have competent programmers. While I have yet to have issue with media.net, For example, I've had issue with Microsoft's sites. To this day I can't log into office 365. It gets stuck in a redirect loop. This is regardless of the browser I use (IE included), and does it in incognito/private browsing modes of Chrome/Firefox. Citibank is another culprit. It's not hard to build a proper functioning site. They just choose not to spend the money on it.

Aha! I'm not alone.

Not "office 365" but another Microsoft...

Grrr...

Oh, my login nemesis is Google. For some reason, many times when I try to log in or switch accounts (as they acquired companies, I wound up with two accounts, never managed to get them merged), logging in is a total nightmare. Have to clear my Firefox cache, log completely out, log back in...and sometimes that doesn't even work.

Last count, I had 26 Google accounts, between myself, my clients, my family, etc. Don't EVEN get me started on account switching madness.
