Can you see which advertisers are placement targeting you?

I should know this, but I don't. Is there a way to see which advertisers are placement targeting you? All of a sudden, I have an advertiser that's frequently displayed on my site ALWAYS showing up now. I'm wondering if they increased exposure has to do with them potentially placement targeting my site.

Placement impressions are shown under "Targeting method".
No way to know who it is unless they're advertising globally. It could be that only users in certain locations are seeing the placement targeted ads.
You can try and narrow it down by looking at countries and comparing cpc but there's no definitive way that I know of.

There is a way if you see the ad. If you put the mouse above the ad then the ad url pops up (tested on Firefox) and the ad url usually contains a parameter regarding targetting. E.g. SiteTarget param indicates your site is targeted. I saw a placement target param too a while ago, but I don't remember the exact name of that param.

I have noticed that the ads that are placement targeting my website tend to appear in "Upcoming Ads". This is why I check "Upcoming Ads" everyday and keep a list of the advertised URLs.

You can't just swap them out, but you can block ones you don't want and control which networks and types of ads appear if your account has an Allow & Block Ads tab.
