Sorry, I screwed up. The title should read Selecting "TEXT Only" Results in Autorun Videos".
After running many tests which indicate that image ads pay a fraction of text ads on my site, I now specify "Text Only" for EVERY page.
Still, I get "Autorun Videos".
When I surf, and I encounter an "Autorun Video", I am gone like a shot, never to return. Even from my old favorite Huff Post, which has gone bonkers. And the weather channel. I NEVER want to force that kind of cr@p on my guests.
How do I ensure that I NEVER get an "Autorun Video" displayed on my site?
If I can't get rid of them, I will pull my ads from all pages that serve "Autorun Video" Google ads.
Thank you very much.
Multi-screen = 5 blue dots
Site Health = 5 blue dots
Revenue Optimization = 1 blue dot from 2, after I went all "text only".
And it is going to stay that way, revenue be d@mned!
Maybe it will be ZERO blue dots, after I find out how to kill "Autorun Videos".
