Google are currently doing a page rank update - my site has just doubled its PR (thanks G!)

It'll be interesting to see how this affects everyone's adsense stats.

A change in PR by itself will have no impact on your AdSense earnings. Only if the increased PR leads to improved search engine ranking that leads to more page views will you see a change in AS income.

I don't think PR have any influence in Smart Pricing nor Adsense's algorithm reads PR to print better ads.

By the way, there is a lot of websites receiving around 60/90% visitors from Google search and, yes, moving from PR6 to PR7 (i.e.) you will have double or triple visitors and (problably) increase your total income.
