Google AdSense Tests Ads With Tiny Fonts

It's been more than a year since I've noticed these ads with tiny fonts. They pop up randomly, I've tried different widths/heights and still get them. Am I missing something? This can't be normal?!

I've reported that ad format as an accessibility issue a few times.
No response, no action from adwords.

You'd need very healthy young eyes to read those at any normal resolution.
