Hi,

I recently noted that whenever I open my website the first time on any Android device the site is either diverted to some app on Play Store, or it starts downloading one of these apps, either Mobogenie.apk or com.nineapps_v1.1.5_android(Build 1408131) or the page in the browser is redirected to a page 'down3.ucweb.com'. This issue occurs only the first time I open the site on any device and doesn't occur again for at least 3-4 hours.

I had Google Adsense third-party Ads enabled on my website. I haven't seen this issue since I have disabled them.

I have tested this problem on Samsung Galaxy S4 (Android Version 4.4.2), Samsung Galaxy S3 (Android 4.3) and Moto G (Android 4.4.4) on the stock browsers and on Chrome Browser.

Has anyone else faced this issue or a similar issue? Do you think this could be an attempt of Reote File Inclusion (RFI)

What do you suggest in this situation?

Eagerly waiting a reply.

I have never seen this, but I've heard about it. If you could identify the ad, you could report it to AdSense. If you can't, I dunno what to tell you. AdSense probably isn't going to go looking for it for you (it's kind of a needle in a haystack for them).

So I guess I'd try to identify the ad or ads, and get the destination URL or even a screenshot and send it to AdSense.

I am able to regenerate that problem with the following code fragment. 1 out of 5 time my mobile is opening random app in app store on iPhone and random app on Samsung s4.

<html>
<head>
<title>Just a Adsense Test for mobile</title>
</head>
<body>
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
<!-- Mobile Ads (Fixed) -->
<ins class="adsbygoogle"
style="display:inline-block;width:320px;height:50px"
data-ad-client="ca-pub-PUB_ID"
data-ad-slot="AD SLOT ID"></ins>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
</script>
<p>In this day and age of high technology it is extremely important to stay connected at all times. While most establishments now have Wi-Fi hotspots, their connections are sometimes not that reliable. For those important moments when you need Internet connection, you must have a WiFi dongle wherever you go. These WiFi dongles are all the rage these days and if you are in the market for one</p>

One more thing I am able to identify. This is the problem with 320*50 Ad only.

I have tested it with 4 different domains and two different servers.

You're going to need to report it to Google. If you make more than $25/week, you should have email support in your account.

Find a article related to my problem
[techcrunch.com...]

For many weeks now, mobile users on both iOS and Android have been encountering a problem where visits to certain websites and apps have automatically redirected them to the platformís app store to download various games. The issue involves errant ad networks, which should be blocking these shady ads, but arenít. Meanwhile, mobile consumers simply trying to use an app or read an article are treated to a poor user experience.

Has it been resolved yet.

Netmeg I am eligible for email support but don't know how they are going to support me in this case.

Well you won't know until you try. WE can't help you with this one, you need to go to Google.

Go to [adwords.google.com...] (you'll need to log in) and report the ad you have identified here - with the actual IDs in place, the same way you would have it on your site or do it via email support. It would not be the first time someone has had this kind of problem.

You can use Chrome/Safari remote debugging to identify the ad and block its url.

Chrome and Safari offer versions that run fine on Windows or Linux.

I think you can use Chrome remote debugging on Windows.

Google has one option in adwords in remarketing campaign.

Mobile app install - Ads sending people to download your app.

But there is no such option to disable these ads in adsense I can find. Is there any option you guys know?

by mistake I mentioned Mobile app install to be a part of remarketing campaign.

It is an option under New Display Campaign.
