Let's start an official thread for fugly a** ad experiments we run across. Try to include a screenshot for rustybrick.

This bad boy showed up shoved into a 300x250 spot on one of my sites this afternoon. On what planet does THIS look like something someone would want to click on?

(The Sponsored part is my own doing)

Here's one from February. Don't know who approves designs like these. Makes you wonder.

netmeg was getting those last week. Horrible. I think they are non Enhanced text ads. Sometimes they show up even if you have Enhanced ads turned on.

I've seen both of those lately, and they are terrible. Yet my CTR stays constant so someone is clicking on them.

Not an ugly format per se, but an ugly ad. This company should fire their PPC manager.

Not an ugly format per se, but an ugly ad.

I wonder what the CTR is on an ad like that?

I imagine curiosity leads to a few clicks.

That ad makes me laugh. Looks like something I would do.

I did not click on it, but I sent the screenshot to the company via twitter and suggested they have a talk with their PPC Manager.
