Mobile usage now accounts for 25% of all web usage across the globe - up 14% from a year ago.
I'm at 28.4% this month so just slightly ahead of the curve.
That's a good stat to share G and a reminder to all the direction current usage is heading.

I'm at 30% mobile this month looking at the AdSense Platforms report. That's up from 25% same month last year, and 11% the year before. Good thing I switched my biggest site to responsive layout with responsive ads last year ;)

My AdSense earnings are in the gutter however for me tablets EPC are slightly higher than desktop and mobiles much lower but I do get some good click values at times. It is very noticeable the volume of Chinese/Indian visitors I have on mobile which would explain the lower EPC.
The interesting thing is that my desktop and phones have an identical CTR but tablets nearly 29% higher.
Just how accurate the AdSense figures are is questionable.

I would expect tablets to be better as they are used more for general browsing while desktops are becoming more for professional use.

An ecommerce site i manage is around 65% mobile. I don't know what drives those numbers (they are mostly organic, with maybe 15% adwords), but they don't convert (and it doesn't have adsense.) My websites range from 0-30% mobile.

I simply can't optimize for mobile well. I agree, mobile is low ctr and low cpc.
