Stub file for googleads.g.doubleclick.net /SG directory?

I'm starting to receive a lot of traffic referred by googleads.g.doubleclick.net which are trying to access the /SG directory on my web server.

I have installed all the stub files from Google's Stub files and iframe busters page at [support.google.com...]

Anything threads I have found relating to this in the Google Product forums are unresolved.

Would I be losing revenue because of this? Is there a particular stub file to be used?

Just noticed 404 errors for eyeblaster folder today. Google's support page only lists a couple of samples (and addineyev2 should be addineyeV2)

github.com/Automattic/Adbusters/tree/master/templates has a long list of stub files, but I've no idea which ones I should have on my server..
