I am new here and I don't know if this is permitted. Can I post here my website with a few details of visitors figures and adsense (CTR & CPC) to receive your feedback and how can I improve it? Is it against the rules?

Technically, posting your specific information is against the ADSENSE rules. If you're posting actual numbers the AdSense team could easily look up your account based on that information and terminate it for violation of their T&Cs.
Feel free to discuss things without using exact AdSense stats, such as your page views which have nothing to do with AdSense specifically.
As long as you leave out exact CPC you should be fine.
We also have a supporters forum that allows site reviews which could be very useful.
