Data loss Monday, everything was looking average and then no clicks for almost 12 hours, PVs went up, CTR and earnings halved.

Adsense stats have been coming in batches today. My guess is the payments process is putting a crimp in the reporting process. All day the stats are stalling then catching up then stalling again. I'm seeing a nice jump every time the stats do roll in so no complaints here. Just an observation.

That is truly telling it like it is. Then there are days when the traffic spikes, competition in the auction is peaking and ad relevancy seems particularly in touch with reality, in which case, look out! It's like Venus aligning with mars or something. Of course, then there are the days when the whole universe is out of whack and you might want to just consider taking a day at the beach. If only I could plan my days off in such a fashion ;)
