PNG Adverts

I thought I'd better mention it, as it appears no-one else has.

I have been seeing (not on my site) an Adwords advert, but it is a PNG image.
I first spotted it on a site that had a wooden fence as a background.

I've only seen one company use them, and on different advert sizes, but given time, more may use them.

Really? I've seen (and used, in my AdWords campaigns) PNG files for a long time. Surprised this is the first you've seen one.

I dunno when this was last edited, but these are the ad specs that are allowed:

[support.google.com...]

They may have used them before, but this was like a .gif ie. transparency.
