Create several different styles that complement your site's current color scheme. Then under the AD Color settings, choose all of the styles you created by holding down the CTRL key and selecting each one. Generate the code, and place the ads.
They will now rotate automatically! I find this reduces viewer fatigue, and the ads are less likely to just fade into the background.

That's a great tip indeed. I have a question (similar to the comment of morpheus83).
The ads on my site are as close as they can be (in terms of colors and fonts) to the content of my site.
If I want to implement rotating styles, what sort of "variations" should I use?
- stay relatively close to the content or completely different?
- use / don't use borders?
- use / don't use background?
Thanks for sharing experiences!
Brian.
However, I am not very convinced that changing ad look actually increases click trough. A regular visitor is not stupid to get fooled just cause you changed the look.
Rotating the ad colors isn't intended to fool anyone; it's merely a way to:
1) Reduce "ad fatigue."
2) Overcome any unconscious assumptions that the ad you're seeing on page 2 is the same ad that you just saw on page 1.
For what it's worth, I began rotating ad colors a few days ago, and I've noticed a slight increase in clickthrough rates. However, that may have more to do with the nature of my Christmas audience than with ad colors. In any case, I do like the rotating colors, if only for the visual variety that they provide.
