Mobile CTR and EPC WAY Down Today Feb. 13

Troubling Performance

Today, I am seeing a record low CTR and EPC for mobile.
Are the mobile ads that bad today?
Are the mobile bids that low today?

I would like to see confirmation.
Anyone else, or just me?

The 14th is MUCH worse.
I usually get a CTR of over 3%, EVERY DAY.
Today, it is under 1/2 %.
YIKES!
What gives? No red bar.
