Successful Appeal - Ads remain deactivated

My ads were deactivated because of policy violation. Fortunately 8 days ago my appeal got successful. After few hours I could see ads showing on my site. Then they disappeared. Up today (7 days later) I'm receiving only blank ads. I know that it may take 48 hours for ads to appear again but 7 days?

I haven't received any other warning or message or alert and so I do not know what's wrong with my account?

Now I'm at my wit's end.

Is there one or more policy violations you are perhaps unaware of, or might have overlooked?

Obviously have a contact at AdSense. What does/would a polite enquiry with them produce?

The violation policy in my account is marked green as resolved. There is no other active policy violation in the Policy violations section on my account. Neither the appeal form is disabled for me. The page tells "No sites have been disabled for ad serving for your account".

Obviously something went wrong with my account. Has anybody experienced something similar?
