4 Adsense units displaying

not enough sleep but 4 showed on the page

I mistakenly placed 4 AdSense units on a page I am currently working on (without enough sleep)

And all 4 displayed. I obviously immediately corrected the error

Have i missed something?

a maximum of three standard ad units, three link units, and two search boxes may be placed on one webpage.

I'm positive not all 4 standard units displayed on your site. Google automatically display a max of 3 standard units even if you place more than 3. Are you sure the other one is not link units?

1 300x250 and 3 160x600 displayed

4 in total all showed - that was the only reason i noticed the mistake

it has always been max of 3 EVEN if you placed 4 by accident (which was a nice safeguard)

i hope it was just a glitch, but i am 100% positive that all 4 showed or i would never have noticed the mistake in the first place

It's possible. The most I have seen is 21 on a page.

luckily the page was not public when i noticed it
