I've gotten three of these emails in as many months though the information has not changed in 17 years.

This could be why Adsense is down if a lot of people have gotten these emails.

I got one of these on my old personal account that I don't use anymore (I should close it; it's just four dollars short of the payout, ork ork) I re-saved the same information and haven't heard from them again. I suspect a glitch in the system.
