Your post doesn't make any sense.

To have an Adense account, you must have already been approved by Google.

Do you have an account already or don't you? How can you change something that doesn't exist yet?

If you have an account: you're set: there is no need to apply for additional domain names.

In fact it's smart to disable yourself all domains but those you actually own.

From what it sounds it seems that you didn't get an account in the first place. Best bet is to create a site with more original content to get it approved.

It was easier for my blogspot account to get approved by adsense than your domain. It took less time. But this experience was 3~4 yrs ago and it may be different now.

Thus, I would try again with the blogspot route and later enable adsense with your newly purchased domain.

If your application was declined, you are free to apply again. If you opened an account and then it got disapproved, that is different. If your AdSense account was closed by Google, there is no second chance and you can't change the name and start again. I don't know if that is the case, but your question is hard to understand if that is not the case.

If you don't have a Google AdSense account, you can't have a Google AdSense dashboard.

It sounds like perhaps they have associated the disapproval with your account, and there's no way short of creating a NEW account to apply again. But your best bet is to go over to the Google AdSense forum and ask there. We don't have any Google participation here.

Nope. You have to find someone at Google. Can't help you here with account issues.
