Why is ad.adkserve.com in my list of unauthorized sites?

ad.adkserve.com in list of Adsense unauthorized websites

ad.adkserve.com comes up as a site that is displaying my Adsense ads. I can not find any specific info when searching this url. Does anyone know why that would be showing up on my Adsense account?

For whatever reason they are showing ads and Google wants you to authorize them to generate income.

Could've been just a single click as that's all it takes to show up in that list.

I ignore those.
