Is Infolinks worth it?

Just got approved for all my sites.

I found another thread on this, but it's REALLY old.

Just wanted some feedback.

Hate 'em.
I think it is distracting, degrades a site's quality, slows load time, and pays very little.

But the worst, is the words they select to highlight. They are idiotic.
For instance, "We have the best widgets". They will highlight the word best. Yeah, that's going to get a lot of clicks. Just dumb. That's what really killed it for me.

If you have high traffic, it's extra money. It actually pays off my server for my high traffic sites. However if you have small traffic, then forget about it.

Sorry, I should have clarified: is it worth it to put infolinks up with Adsense, because that's what I'd be doing.
