Adx and link units

Does anyone no if it is against the TOS of displaying display ads of DoubleClick Ad Exchange (account 1, like ca-pub-1....) together with Link units of Adsense (account 2, ca-pub-2....)

Is there an option of integrating Adsense Link unit in Ad Exchange?

i think you cannot show ads of 2 diff. accounts on the same page, but better check that in tos
