Google is showing a 160x600 image ad of a young blonde girl very visibly holding a knife in a stabbing motion. Now I am getting calls from people who visit the site daily for years. Thanks Google !

Report the ad. (What on earth is it an ad for?) In theory Google used to actually look at image ads before they go live, but possibly they don't do that anymore. There's a LOT of ads in the mix and if it was uploaded by a previously trusted (or hacked) advertiser, they might have missed it.

The ad is for an edgy t-shirt company. I reported all the details to my AdSense support team.
