DFP & Google Display Network Ad Planner

I've recently discovered that none of my sites/targetable channels were showing up in Google Display Network Ad Planner and Adwords placement search tool.

If you're using DFP, could you please check the Ad Planner to see if your site(s) and placement(s) are there?

I'm not sure they're even maintaining the Ad Planner anymore.

They've just dropped the publisher center part of it; webmasters no longer need to enter/edit details. Placement automatically show-up.
