Is anyone else getting fed up looking at that smiling guy on the login page?

There is a thread about the login page website, I had to log out to see it... I guess I'm always logged in as well, and when I'm not adsense is not the google service I start my logging in with.

I don't mind him, but I do think it's odd they don't rotate him with others who are also successful with Adsense. He's been there a long time.

They should keep him there, but alter the photo every month. See his smile slowly disappear as the months progress, see patches of baldness from hair-pulling, and the cars showing repossessed stickers on them. ;)

No offence to the guy, he probably got paid or earned some other benefit for allowing his pic to be used. But most definitely, he is beginning to irritate me big time. Is he the only one G could find to appear on the login page?

It could well be sexist, why not one week a man and the next week a woman. Ageist also, probably, cos he is relatively young guy. A 60+ year old should appear there occasionally. I qualify but I'm not game for that - maybe IanCP is! Thinking about it, maybe it's also racist, why only one white guy, there are other colours in world.

I wonder how many people have recognised him walking down the high street? Maybe he even lurks in Webmasterworld and is following this thread every day! Spooky.
