Does anyone know of a workaround for software such as Do Not Track +? Google Adsense is on the list of "Blocked Everywhere" items.

Add a noscript tag with a tracking pixel to an adsense unit to find out if it's a problem on your site.
If it is replace the pixel with an alternate ad inside of your noscript tag. Be aware that some claim this causes SEO related issues, I haven't tested it one way or the other yet.
