Account Disabled - No Email Explanation

Just returned from a short break in the Keys to find that my Adsense account has been disabled. I have checked for an email but there is nothing anywhere to be found.

Been a publisher for years, all unique quality content for seniors, we never click on the ads, and we are at a complete loss.

Filled in a form to Google 2 days ago and heard nothing back.

Is there anything we can do? At a total loss here.

Adsense is a very fragile business venture. Don't ever rely on it. You own nothing and you can be shut down instantly. End of story.

We have had this situation: domain disabled, account open, no email. It took two months of attempts to contact Google, via personal contacts and other avenues, etc. The domain was earning $10,000+/mo (the only domain in the account). Eventually it got re-enabled. Fortunately, our revenue was already diversified since we have read about Google's sudden/unpredictable actions.

If we did not diversify the revenue, our earnings would have been perhaps $45,000/mo with AdSense.

I will assume you have a well defined privacy policy/contact info. I will assume you have the required Google link to their privacy policy and the required verbage Google requires when hosting adsense on you website. BTW all of your websites have to have this, if any of the websites do not this could possibly be the reason. IDK just a guess.
