Not approve by adsense, site under-construction

i was not approved by google adsense due to site under- construction,

I therefore decided to switch my theme to genesis frame, deleting my former theme which consist all my former adsense code..

So i re-applied for another adsense application without first setting adsense code for my newly wordpress theme ...

So after re-applying ...I now try to login into my adsense account, inorder to generate another code for my newly design theme, But founld it imposible to login... It say that my account is still under review..NON ACTIVE ACCOUNT.....

Please what do i do right now...cos i don't have any backup whatever.

Why have you applied for an Adsense account when you had one. Were you banned at all ? Why can you not use your former adsense code?

I inserted it manually in my former wordpress theme css without making use of plugin

You cannot add *your* code unless you have signed up for Adsense and were accepted. So why did you reapply for an account. It just doesn't make sense.

I know it doesn't make sense, incrediBILL. What I think has happened is... he once had an account and was banned (hence former adsense code) and then reapplied for a new site that is under construction.
