If Google were to hire you to design the advert, how would you create it?Not with a fecking great blue box on the screen.
I'm interested to know what you have in mind. There is no need for an arrow at all. But it is sooooooo obvious that a great graphic designer such as yourself, thinks that the adverts needs one after all these years.
a bright solid color to catch attention. So, we are not allowed to bring attention to the adverts, but Google can.
They bring un-needed attention to the adverts. In turn, people will click on the arrow and then click back because they didn't think it was part of the advert.
