Framing Site with Adsense

Am I allowed to do this and will it drop the epc if I do?

My thought is I have control over site A I have control over Site B. I would like to create additional pages on site A that is just content that will get good rankings, then use the Iframe to have a page from site B called into site A and the adsense on site B only along with content.

Since both sites will not have adsense on them and I am not putting site B's code on any pages on site A's site, the code is staying on site B would this be a problem?

What are the pros and cons of this?

I guess I should have said site a and b are on two different adsense accounts.
