A payment will not be issued this month?

I get this message on my payments page "A payment will not be issued this month. Your unpaid earnings prior to August 1, 2012 was calculated to be $0.00. Payments are issued within 30 days after the end of the month in which your unpaid earnings reach $100.00."

I made well over 100$ last month. The only change i made to my account was to opt for a different payment currency. Is this message related to that change? Well i receive my payment? or should i contact Adsense support?

The message is poorly thought out (like many things with Adsense), but it probably means that you have been issued your payment from last month, but earnings from the the present month haven't been calculated yet. They display your last payment amount and date next to this message. If you don't see the expected payment there, you may need to contact Google.

Yes i see the last payment issued next to this message. If i scroll down and check the balance for end of July is says "Payment details are currently unavailable, please check again later."

I had the same message but when I scroll right down I see PIP as the reason.
